You do, voice in my head?  Okay, give me just a half second here... Calculating algorithms... Searching the interwebs... Hey... I like saying the word "interwebs..." It's all fancy and makes me like uber-nerd, which is now "cool."  But not cool like a cup of cranberry juice, cool like maybe if I looked at a gnarly bike, I would think seriously about... taking a picture of it and posting it to my Facebook.  I'm edgy.  I want a tee-shit that says interwebs then...

What's Free? Contests!

Many moons ago in a movie called "Real... Genius" I think it was, there was this brilliant all-knowing character who found a way to hack the system and win so many contests that he never had to work another day in his life.  He did it by fast tracking his entries into contests.  At the point where he only won maybe 1% of the time, it still was a high number due to sheer volume!  All about volume... 

At the time I saw it, that was an impossible hacker's dream.

In this happy-slappy day of Google Alerts and Internet tools, why wouldn't you be spending 30 minutes per day just whipping through forms that are pre filled from your Chome browser?  If you set Chrome to pre-fill... It'll be like entering thousands of contests like a hacker!  I mean, all of these contests ask for the same information anyway!

No Fare Street Fair

This Sunday down on 18th St there's a trifecta of food, fun, & technology.  All put on by Adorama electronics. Petting zoo (if you still get high, I know you're excited 'bout that), rides, blah blah something.

For free there are photography clinics (in the Adorama Technology Learning Center.  Learn how to shoot photos and videos from the experts and and check out the newest technology from the experts!  Get better at pictures so you can tell your sister to stop duck-lipping it in the bathroom with her iPhone (& toilet) in view.  Otherwise she won't marry off and you'll have to trade three goats to find a good family.  That's how marriage works, right?

Free: Central Park Hiking, Biking, Paddling & Fun

Ever wonder when you're gonna get around to that imagined life of socializing while enjoying the awesomely placed woodsy land of shady pond-heavy Central Park?  Maybe the word "free" will finally get "do something healthy" off your checklist this weekend, my too-busy little city-buttercups.

NYC Parks and ... Who cares but sounds cool magazine is having their 9th whatever.... Listen: it's in Central Park, free and starts at 11am-4pm at the 72nd/5th st entrance.  Get out and be happy you've socialized this weekend.  Maybe we'll finally loose that freshman 15 everyone talks about but we've not even noticed.  Does anyone know where I put my belt?!

Okay... Stay safe while battling the Central Park trees.  They have actually taken lives.  You did want adventure, right?

Free Concert - Free Picnic Blanket

Haven't been to Jacobi Medical Center?  Yeah, I don't know what it is either.  But here's your chance, my awesome little breakfast cereals... The Latin band Son de Madre, (which I think means son of mom?  I'm no expert) is playing.  What do you know them from?  Beats me, but Cuban music sounds kinda cool.  Especially if it's free and they are giving the first 100 people free picnic blankets.
